Multiple Thin-Film Coatings
Reynard Corporation offers custom patterned optical coatings to produce a wide range of complex optics with geometries as small as 5 microns on substrates up to 18 inches in diameter using our highly accurate photolithography process. Thin-film patterns can be applied to any vacuum compatible substrate material, including glass, certain plastics, and ceramics to produce a variety of shapes to meet your custom requirements.

- Multiple pattern stacking, alignment tolerance 25um and above.
- Patterned optical coating thickness up to 7um.

- Substrates as large as 18″ in diameter.
